Reporting a bug
The more detail you include, the faster an issue can be reproduced and fixed. Please add the following to your report:
- Device model — for example, iPhone 15 Pro.
- iOS version — found in Settings → General → About.
- What happened — a short description of the problem.
- Steps to reproduce — what you did just before it happened.
- Screenshot if possible — a picture often explains it instantly.
Privacy while you're here
Your fitness data stays on your iPhone. Only include in a support email what you're comfortable sharing — a screenshot and the details above are usually all that's needed. For more on how Fit handles data, see the Privacy page.
