What FIT by DeLeón does

FIT by DeLeón is a private fitness app for iPhone. It guides five bodyweight workouts and counts them on the device, keeps a goal for each one, records every session in a fitness journal, and follows a Weight Journey that works for gain as well as loss. It needs no account, and your training history stays on your iPhone.

Guided workouts

Five ways to build consistency

Every guided workout is counted on your iPhone, with setup guidance before you start and a clear summary when you finish. Nothing is sent anywhere to be counted.

  • Push-UpsCounted by screen contact. The iPhone rests on the floor and registers a touch, not an image. FIT uses no camera.
  • SquatsCounted by device motion, with tap-to-count as an alternative.
  • Sit-UpsCounted by device motion, phone held to the chest.
  • LungesCounted by device motion, phone upright in a front pocket.
  • Timed PlanksMeasured as a held time, never converted into reps.
  • Planned sessionsBuild a session of sets and reps in one screen, with a rest timer between sets.
  • Rep countdownPlanned sets count down toward the target, with audio cues.
  • Extra RepsAnything past the plan is recorded as its own number rather than folded into the target.
  • Workout summariesSet breakdown, best set, plan reps against extra reps, active time, and total time.

Step-by-step setup guidance for each exercise is on the Support page.

Goals and progress

Progress you can actually read

Set a target for each guided workout, then watch it fill in. Goals are reached from the Workouts tab, and Stats sits inside Goals, so progress is one place rather than five.

  • A goal for every exerciseA rep target for Push-Ups, Squats, Sit-Ups and Lunges, and a hold length for the Plank.
  • Current streakConsecutive days you have trained.
  • All-Time StatsTotal reps, guided workouts completed, day streak, and plank time across your whole history.
  • Personal RecordsYour best result for each exercise, including your longest single plank.
  • Workout CalendarA month at a time, with every day you trained marked.
  • Selected-day summariesTap a day to see exactly what it held. Empty days show zero rather than disappearing.
  • Rep totals stay honestTotal Reps covers Push-Ups, Squats, Sit-Ups and Lunges. Plank time is reported separately, because a hold has no rep count to add.

Fitness Journal

A record of the work you did

The Journal is where your training becomes history: guided sessions, cardio, and the weights you moved, all on one timeline organized by date.

  • Strength and Lifts loggingAn exercise name, sets, reps, and weight in pounds or kilograms. Common lifts are offered as suggestions, and you can type any name.
  • Planned workout historyCompleted planned sessions land in the timeline with everything else.
  • Session detailsStart and end times, duration, sets and reps, and the body areas you trained.
  • Edit anythingLog a workout manually, edit an entry, or delete one.

Cardio

Walks, jogs, and runs

Start a walk, jog, or run and FIT measures it while you move. Finished sessions land in the Fitness Journal alongside the rest of your training.

  • Distance, pace, and timeElapsed and moving time are tracked separately.
  • Your routeRecorded on the device and stored with that workout. Deleting the workout deletes its route.
  • Live ActivitiesAn in-progress session stays visible on the Lock Screen, where the device supports it. These are local to your iPhone and use no push notifications.
  • Interrupted sessionsIf a session is cut short, FIT offers to resume, save, or discard it next time you open the app.

Cardio is the one feature that uses location, and only while a session is running. How that works is set out in how FIT handles your data.

Weight Journey

Built for gain and for loss

Progress is measured as how close you are to the weight you chose, in whichever direction you chose it. Going past your target moves you away from it again, exactly as falling short does.

  • Weight historyEvery entry you log, with your high, low, and net change for the range.
  • Four views7 days, 30 days, 90 days, and Lifetime, each with an axis suited to the span.
  • Gain and lossSet a goal above or below your current weight and the whole screen adapts.
  • Pounds or kilogramsSwitch units in Settings.
  • Nothing inventedA day you did not weigh in is left empty rather than filled with an estimate.
  • Start again when you need toRestart the journey from your current weight without erasing what came before.

Apple Health and widgets

Optional context, on your terms

Apple Health is entirely optional. If you connect it, FIT reads the data types you authorize so it can show them to you, and writes nothing back.

  • Read-only Apple HealthFIT does not write or save data to Apple Health.
  • What it can readSteps, exercise time, walking and running distance, active energy, heart rate, and headphone audio exposure, each only with your permission.
  • Revoke at any timeManaged in the Apple Health app or in iPhone Settings.
  • Home Screen widgetsThree small widgets for lifetime, weekly, and monthly rep totals.
  • Widgets stay localThey read a small totals snapshot from a shared container on your iPhone, and do not read Apple Health.

Language and access

English and Spanish, and built to be usable

  • Fully localizedEnglish and Spanish, including every permission prompt the system shows you. FIT follows your iPhone language setting.
  • VoiceOver throughoutCounters, goal cards, charts, and calendar days carry spoken descriptions rather than bare numbers.
  • Larger text sizesSetup guides and in-workout controls stay reachable at accessibility text sizes.
  • Reduce MotionAnimated progress treatments hold still when Reduce Motion is on.
  • RemindersOptional local notifications on the days you mark as Workout Days, at a time you choose.

Privacy

No account, and no ads

FIT does not send personal fitness data to a developer-operated server. Your workouts, goals, journal, and weight history live on your iPhone. There is no account to create, no ads, no analytics, no tracking, no social feed, and personal information is not sold.

The full picture is in how FIT handles your data, and the legal detail is in the Privacy Policy.

Scope

What FIT deliberately leaves out

FIT is a focused app, and some things are missing on purpose. There is no account or cloud sync, no social feed or leaderboard, no nutrition or calorie logging, no subscription, and no Apple Watch app. It runs on iPhone.

Whether that suits you is worth two minutes: is FIT right for you?
